The time has come to take pause and remember our fallen as well as honour those who serve our nation - this week we recognize Remembrance Day.

On Remembrance Day we reflect on the sacrifices made to keep our nation free and to honour those who fought for our country.

We urge you, on November 11th especially, to take the time to remember and pay homage to the many lives lost in the effort to protect our nation and way of life.  We also encourage you to send good thoughts, hopes and wishes, to those currently serving our country.  Canadian soldiers - someone's Mom or Dad, husband or wife, child, aunt or uncle, cousin, dear friend -  have given their life for us or spent much of their life working to protect us.  There is no greater sacrifice than all your tomorrow's, and all your tomorrow's together.

This Remembrance Day we give great thanks to all those who have served, and all those who are currently serving.

Least we forget.

Fresh produce. Local meats. Artisan cheese. We have it all.
